Johnson Brothers Corporation a Southland Company – Lake Worth, FL.

We are looking for an experienced Paver Operator to join our paving crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating asphalt paving machines and working with road construction teams.
Responsibilities:

• Safely operate asphalt paving machines to spread and level asphalt
• Ensure consistent quality and proper depth/grade of pavement
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects on time
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a paver operator required
• Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be reliable and safety-conscious
