Position: Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Flint

Hours: Hours may vary between 8:00am - 8:00pm,

Pay: $16+/hr

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
2. Assist Customers by answering a variety of questions in a polite and professional manner
3. Document all phone call and decisions

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
2. Reliable Internet Access and quiet work space at home
3. Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
   1. High Data Entry Accuracy and at least 35 WPM
4. Microsoft Office, Windows Navigation, and Zendesk or similar software experience
   1. Ability to quickly learn new software
5. Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish Preferred
