Location: Bellingham, WA
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Part-time 22-28 hours per week. Monday through Thursday. 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

About the Role
Our fast-paced, detail-oriented mental health practice is seeking a highly organized and motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Assistant to support administrative operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills when interacting with clients, providers, and professionals.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking applicants with Washington Labor & Industries experience or other health care administration experience.
Other essential skills include:
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Dropbox cloud storage.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
✔️ Ability to learn internal billing software and WA Labor & Industries claim/account center tools.
✔️ Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
✔️ Friendly attitude. Be willing to jump in and help when needed.
