About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Data Officer (CDO) to spearhead its data strategy and AI initiatives. The CDO will be a visionary leader, responsible for developing and executing an enterprise-wide data strategy that harnesses the power of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to drive business outcomes. This executive-level role demands a hands-on leader with deep expertise in data science, AI, project and portfolio management, and digital transformation, ideally within the construction or engineering industries. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to embed data-driven decision-making and AI-enabled processes, leading efforts to improve operational efficiency, enhance project management, and optimize resource utilization through innovative data and AI solutions. Applicants for the CDO position at the company must be U.S. citizens and hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, with professional certifications in AI, data science, project management, and process improvement being highly desirable. The role requires a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in IT, data science, analytics, or digital transformation, with a proven track record of implementing AI and machine learning solutions within large-scale organizations. The CDO will also be responsible for team leadership and development, fostering a data-driven culture, and leading transformation and change management efforts. Strong knowledge of construction industry trends and the ability to apply AI solutions to project management, supply chain logistics, and construction technologies are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and a commitment to delivering measurable business results.
