Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Client Sales Representative to manage and grow our relationship with SimpliSafe , a leading home security brand. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and serving as the key liaison between internal teams and the client. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics, and a passion for delivering value through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Give sale presentations on SimpliSafe products to potential customers.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SimpliSafe’s product offerings, target market, and brand values.
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to expand SimpliSafe’s market reach through sales channels.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to implement client campaigns and track performance.
Serve as the main point of contact for the SimpliSafe client, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring alignment with their goals and expectations.
Analyze campaign data and provide detailed reporting and insights to SimpliSafe on a regular basis.
Collaborate on sales strategies and ensure smooth execution of agreed-upon deliverables.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and SimpliSafe product updates to inform strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in client-facing sales, account management, or partner relations—preferably in tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
