Continuous Improvement Analyst - IATF 16949 Continuous Improvement Analyst

Position Overview
The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement initiatives within the organization. This role aims to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality by applying various analytical techniques and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process improvement assessments and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Utilize value stream mapping to visualize and optimize workflows.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product and process standards are met.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and develop corrective actions.
• Analyze data to track performance metrics and monitor improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate change management processes.
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Utilize statistical analysis to support decision-making and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards in all improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement and quality control methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of value stream mapping and root cause analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
• Experience with Six Sigma certification or similar quality improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in teams.
• Ability to manage change and lead initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
