Paid Training provided Health Insurance & PTO Weekly incentive bonuses Leadership growth opportunities Allotted lunch break Supportive team with real-time guidance during routes Use of modern, safe equipment (cargo vans, routing software, hand trucks) Employee Expectations: You will: Prioritize SAFETY at all times Operate a high-roof cargo van Deliver 300+ packages and make 200+ stops daily Work in outdoor weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, wind) Enter/exit the vehicle frequently using 3-point contact Communicate professionally with team and supervisors Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs Work weekends and holidays as scheduled Follow route plans and deliver within scheduled timeframes Use GPS, handheld technology, and smart apps effectively Stand and walk for extended periods Operate independently and meet performance deadlines Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Shifts Available: 8–10 hour shifts Weekend availability required Work Location: On the road Qualifications: Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license (in-state or out-of-state) 6 months – 1 year experience driving a cargo van, box truck, or step van in the last 3 years Must complete specialized training for goods with special handling needs Pass a road test to verify driving skills Must have strong customer service skills Able to use smartphone-based GPS and communication apps Must be reliable, flexible , and possess a strong sense of urgency Additional Information We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
