A1 Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is a Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage firm that provides personalized ONE on ONE service to help individuals and businesses through the logistics process. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service while helping our clients navigate through the import and export process.

We currently have a position open for an Export Coordinator . The ideal candidate will have recently graduated or is pursuing a degree in International Business. The candidate should be well organized, customer-focused, and have good communication skills.

Job Requirements:

• The expected length of relevant prior experience beyond formal education is 3 to 5 years of Freight Forwarder import/Export experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• Detail and outcome-oriented.
• Well organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Professional manner with a strong ethical code.
• Self-motivated and able to stay on task with little or no supervision.
• Fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment; must be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work with demanding deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle shipments from booking to delivery (A-Z).
• Monitor and track shipments.
• Process export air and ocean documents timely.
• Track and trace FCL, LCL, and AIR shipments via steamship lines and airlines.
• Provide proactive information to customers regarding arrival, delivery, and shipment status.
• Coordinate with truckers to ensure timely movements.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Ensure a smooth and prompt shipping and customer service experience.
• Experience with Descartes IES One View is preferred.
