This position involves extremely accurate file maintenance including photocopying, scanning, opening and closing files and assembling packages for delivery to government agencies. Copying, scanning, and filing into the firm's document management system are primary duties. Because of the nature of the work, strong attention to detail in typing and proofreading are required.
