BODYBAR Franchising, a fast-growing boutique fitness brand based in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to serve as a trusted advisor and coach to franchisees. This role goes beyond traditional support by driving operational performance, fostering innovation, and ensuring brand integrity across the franchise network. The Franchise Business Consultant will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver training programs, implement new systems and processes, and provide strategic guidance to optimize studio performance and enhance the client experience. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth, this position is integral to BODYBARs mission of "Raising the Bar," empowering franchisees to achieve operational excellence and contribute to the brand's long-term growth and success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Business Consulting
  • Act as a business consultant for franchisees, guiding them in areas such as operational strategy, business planning, and team leadership.
  • Foster a culture of trust and collaboration, building strong, productive relationships with franchisees and their teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, ensuring their feedback and concerns are addressed.
  • Understand the franchise system, general policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with franchise owners to develop and execute business plans, define goals, and achieve timeline objectives using BODYBAR Franchisings tools and programs.
  • Analyze franchisee KPIs, providing insights and actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.
  • Schedule and conduct on-site visits and calls with franchise owners to motivate, inspire and support them through their challenges, and celebrate their wins
  • Assist with the new studio opening process.
Operational Excellence and Brand Integrity
  • Conduct in-depth operational audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and provide actionable improvement plans.
  • Support franchisees with team training programs focused on customer experience, sales, and operational efficiency.
  • Regularly assess franchisee performance against industry benchmarks, identifying opportunities to raise the bar.
  • Identify franchisee non-compliance issues and work with owners to make corrections prior to escalation.
Innovation and System Development
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency across the franchise network.
  • Partner with internal teams to continuously improve resources and tools available to franchisees.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative practices to keep BODYBAR at the forefront of the boutique fitness market.
Training and development
  • Train franchisees and their staff on BODYBAR's procedures and processes, including studio operations, systems management, marketing, and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative and comprehensive training programs for franchisees and their system, ensuring consistent content across the BODYBAR Pilates network.
  • Identify & assist with the development of training curriculum for the evolving needs of franchisees and their teams, fostering operational excellence and brand consistency.
  • Attend and participate in monthly Meet the Team sessions.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Provide detailed reports to the leadership team on franchise performance, trends, and opportunities for system-wide improvement.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of strategies implemented at the franchise level.
  • Various administrative functions including support for all business and system operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in franchise operations, multi-site management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and operational performance.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Proven ability to analyze KPIs, forecast performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve growth and profitability.
  • Expertise in compliance management and system audits within a multi-location business model.
  • Familiarity with identifying and managing partnerships to enhance business performance.
  • Prior experience as a Franchise Business Consultant is preferred, with additional sales or business negotiation experience considered a plus.

  • Passion for fitness and wellness, with an understanding of Pilates or boutique fitness concepts preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel within the continental US up to 50% of the time
