*MVMT Rx Sports Care & Chiropractic: Full-time Rehab Chiropractor/Physical *Therapist *position in Reno/Sparks, NV*

MVMT Rx was established in 2020 and began as a small office inside American Iron Gym, Reno’s premier fitness center for powerlifting, strongman, and bodybuilding.
In November of 2024, we expanded to a state of the art 5,000 square foot facility in Sparks, NV.
_And we are growing FAST!_
And we are doing it all as an Out-of-network/Cash practice.
Our current team consists of Dr. Kyle (founder), Dr. Mike (D.C. - clinician), Emily (Patient Coordinator), and Jasmine (Front Desk/Admin), Dr. Lacey (Functional Medicine Doc), and Julia (Licensed Massage Therapist)
MVMT Rx is NOT your typical Chiro or PT practice where you’re spending 5-10 minutes with patients or treating multiple patients at the same time having a tech take your patients through exercises.
We schedule all of our patients for 1 hour so that you have time to perform any necessary manual therapy, rehab exercises, and strength and conditioning needed based on your plan of care. We do this because we believe that this is THE model for true patient-centered care.
And you’ll see exactly how much this treatment model improves outcomes once you start ;)
MVMT Rx has a very specific patient population: Active adults and athletes. Our patients value their health and fitness and actually want to do the home exercise programs we suggest.
We have a large following on social media and have established ourselves as the local experts in performance-based Chiropractic and Rehab, which is the reason why we are growing so incredibly fast!
We also believe in mentorship and education for our staff. As part of this role you will have time built into your schedule for clinical, marketing, and sales training because it is this combination of skills that separates us from all of the other Chiro/PT clinics in town.

*Requirements of the Position*
-Active Nevada Chiropractic License (not needed to apply)
-Minimum experience: 1 year (exceptions made on a case by case basis depending on previous experience)

Here Are Some Key Features Of This Position
-90 day mentorship and on-boarding program
-$1,000 continuing education stipend that includes travel
-Performance-based salary structure linked to your metrics that is evaluated/renegotiated every 12 months (discussed separately)
-40 hour/week flexible work schedule with time dedicated toward treatment, business development, documentation, and all other job functions.
-10 days PTO (includes sick days, personal days, vacation days, continuing education days) plus holidays.
-Weekly mentorship sessions (clinical, marketing, sales)
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
