Your primary responsibilities will include:

Digital & E-Commerce Assets

  • Contribute to UX/UI template creation for our online user interface (mobile and desktop).
  • Partner with the E-commerce and Social Media teams to plan and execute seasonal and ad-hoc photo shoots.

Print & Brand Development

  • Create all print assets, including lookbooks, line sheets, and other retail/wholesale collateral.
  • Maintain and evolve the Lilla P brand guidelines, contributing proactively to the evolution of the brand image.
  • Execute branding design updates as needed.
  • Perform digital photo retouching and editing with a full understanding of creative and production processes.

Collaboration & Production Management

  • Manage project timelines and deliverable deadlines, ensuring projects are completed with critical attention to detail and accuracy.

Who You Are:

You are a self-managed, proactive, and highly organized team player with a keen eye for design best practices, particularly within the fashion and retail space.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Production Artist, preferably within a digital agency, fashion, or retail brand.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (emphasis in Graphic Design preferred).
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices for both web execution (UX/UI, mobile/desktop interfaces) and pre-press print execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for current design trends in photography, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and constructive approach to teamwork.

Bonus Skills

  • Proficiency in Lightroom CC, Adobe Premiere Pro/Rush, and/or Adobe XD.
  • Experience or knowledge of photography and/or videography.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Lilla P offers a generous benefits package.
