JLL is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador in New York, NY to be the friendly face that creates lasting first impressions. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors warmly while managing secure check-in procedures, providing helpful information about the building and surrounding area, maintaining an organized and professional lobby atmosphere, troubleshooting building service issues such as conference room technology and mailroom questions, coordinating meeting rooms, luggage storage, and lost & found services, and working closely with facility and security teams to ensure seamless operations. The role requires spotting potential problems before they impact clients. The ideal candidate is a people person with exceptional customer service instincts, takes initiative, solves problems independently, multitasks and stays calm under pressure, is a team player with strong communication skills, tech-savvy with Google Suite and other office systems, and flexible to support other office locations as needed. A high school diploma or GED with 2+ years in hospitality or a related field is preferred. The position reports to the Regional Human Experience Manager and aims to create spaces where everyone thrives.
