We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be integral to supporting our marketing initiatives and executing strategies that strengthen our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing manager and cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels. Compensation: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Organize and oversee promotional events, including webinars, trade shows, and community outreach programs. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and email newsletters. Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and report findings to the marketing manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content. Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software. Knowledge of basic graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, is a plus.
