As a Maintenance/ Make Ready Technician, you will be responsible for property maintenance: Curb appeal, service requests. Ensuring vacated apartments are market ready and available to rent: Apartment turnovers , performs preventative maintenance and relations with associates, contractors, and team members. A minimum of 6 months maintenance experience is required.
