We’re seeking a Physician Assistant or Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform fluoroscopically guided arthrogram injections of major joints (shoulder, hip, knee, etc.) in collaboration with leading orthopedic surgeons and radiologists.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of musculoskeletal diagnostics and treatment, ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care through sterile technique, contrast administration, patient education, and procedural documentation. You’ll work in a dynamic clinical environment where precision, teamwork, and patient trust are paramount.

This opportunity requires travel to Sandy Springs, Cumming & Kennesaw.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fluoroscopically guided arthrogram injections of major joints (shoulder, hip, knee, etc.) under the supervision of a orthopedic surgeon and/or radiologist.
• Prepare and administer contrast agents and ensure proper sterile technique.
• Obtain informed consent and explain procedures to patients.
• Conduct pre- and post-procedure assessments, including documentation and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate procedure documentation in the EMR and PACS systems.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and maintain fluoroscopy certification.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Provide supporting documentation and coding information for all health care services provided.
• Attend required meetings and participate in committees as requested.
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.
• Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA Privacy Regulations.

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or ARRT or RRA certification
• Current and active licenses and certifications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated conflict management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Joint injection experience preferred
