Associates in Radiation Medicine (ARM) seeks a motivated, full-time radiation oncologist on a partnership track to join our longstanding practice. The radiation oncologist will provide physician services at offices on the Eastern Shore, centered primarily at the TidalHealth Richard A. Henson Cancer Institute in Salisbury, Maryland.
Requirements
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible (seeking certification) in radiation oncology and must obtain a Maryland license.
ARM firmly believes in hiring providers with an egalitarian focus to allow for partnership in our practice. The ideal candidate must have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff and referring providers in a dynamic working environment. The physician will join a regional team of three board-certified radiation oncologists who serve our TidalHealth clinics.

ARM has a longstanding and robust partnership with community hospital systems, including TidalHealth, to provide cutting-edge radiation treatment to patients, reducing the burden of travel and allowing high-quality cancer services closer to home.
About the TidalHealth Richard A. Henson Cancer Institute
TidalHealth Richard A. Henson Cancer Institute is a part of the Peninsula Regional Medical Center campus, attached to a 266-bed hospital with access to a full complement of specialty medical services, including thoracic surgery, hematology/oncology, palliative care, radiation oncology, and gynecologic oncology. TidalHealth also supports medical residency and fellowship programs, allowing opportunities to interface and mentor trainees.
The Salisbury clinic is staffed by two full-time physicians and contains a 4DCT simulator, HDR afterloader unit, and two Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators with advanced capabilities permitting surface guidance, deep inspiratory breath hold, and stereotactic treatments. Two associated facilities are in Seaford, DE, and Ocean Pines, MD requiring occasional coverage only.
Residing on the Eastern Shore provides accessibility to outdoor waterfront activities, idyllic landscapes, and relative proximity to urban areas, including Virginia Beach, Baltimore, Annapolis, and Philadelphia, while savoring the day-to-day lifestyle of a charming and quiet community.
Salary and Benefits
The expected base salary range is $300,000-500,000 annually, based on experience, with an adjustment after the partnership is reached. Additional benefits include paid time off, medical and dental insurance, group life and disability insurance, an individual disability insurance stipend, retirement employer match, malpractice insurance, and additional fringe benefits to include compensation for continuing medical education, practice development, society membership, and licensure costs.
