Key Responsibilities: - Provide personal care and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. - Support residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. - Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents through companionship and social interaction. - Assist with medication management if certified as a Med Tech. - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure quality care. Qualifications: - Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Certification as a Med Tech is a plus; additional perks available for certified individuals. - Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required.
