Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Configure, customize, and optimize multiple SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM, PM). Develop and manage SAP integration strategies using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and APIs. Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom reports, enhancements, and performance tuning. Design and execute complex data migration strategies using LSMW, BODS, or SAP Data Services. Ensure compliance with SAP security standards, role design, and authorization management. Conduct system performance analysis and implement optimization best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior consultants. Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and test scripts. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in SAP consulting, with expertise in at least 2–3 major modules. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data models, and Fiori apps. Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery practices. Proficiency in integration technologies (SAP PI/PO, CPI, API Management). Deep knowledge of SAP workflow, batch jobs, and background processing. Advanced skills in data migration tools (BODS, LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit). Solid grasp of SAP Basis concepts for system performance and troubleshooting. Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager for change management and monitoring. Familiarity with SAP security, GRC, and compliance frameworks. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications: SAP S/4HANA certification in one or more modules. SAP Activate Project Manager certification.
