*Job Summary*

The office of FitzGerald Kreditor Bolduc Risbrough LLP in Irvine, California is looking for a dynamic self-motivated lawyer with at least 10 years of experience with a background in litigation specializing in labor and employment including wage and hour class action cases, and some real estate and business litigation that is eager to step into a very active litigation caseload and grow with the firm's litigation practice.

*Qualifications and Skills*

Candidate must have strong writing and oral advocacy skills. Duties include, but are not limited to, legal research, drafting documents such as discovery, motions, briefs, etc., preparing deposition outlines/summaries, conducting depositions, trial preparation, trial and communicating with the clients. Experience in taking and defending depositions is required, and trial experience is preferred. Experience in both Federal and State courts is preferred with knowledge of filing requirements and litigation deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently as well as in collaboration with attorneys and support staff and have a positive can-do attitude. We are seeking a candidate with a balanced way of approaching legal issues, and an ability to think critically. Book of business is not required but will be weighted.

Pay: $185,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
