We are looking for a product-minded engineer who can be proficient across our tech stack that includes Rails, Postgres, React, and Tailwind. Youll design and deliver features with a high degree of independence, collaborating directly with customers on product discovery and support.
Our engineering team is extremely small, and we aim to keep it that way. This means that each person on our team carries significant weight and responsibility and must ship a lot. In return, we have great compensation, zero bureaucracy, little to no meetings, and the opportunity to immensely impact the business each day.
For this role, were looking for someone senior, ideally with 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience. Youll be focused on building products that are used by tens of thousands of developers and engineering managers worldwide.
Our team is mostly based out of Salt Lake City, so candidates must have at least 5 hours of overlap with the Mountain Time zone. The compensation range for this role is $160,000 $280,000 base salary, plus additional equity compensation.
