Job Description
Join our customer as a Production Associate to create lifesaving firefighter gear in a modern, climate-controlled facility. Operate industrial sewing machines while standing, ensuring precision and quality in every stitch. Collaborate with a dynamic team to meet production goals and uphold safety standards. No prior sewing experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. 

Responsibilities: 

• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce firefighter protective gear 
• Ensure accuracy and quality in stitching components 
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines 
• Follow safety standards and company procedures 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 
• Ability to stand for the entire shift on comfortable floor mats 
• Basic math and measurement skills 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Positive attitude, team collaboration, and self-accountability

Pay Transparency:
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $31,200-$37,440 annually, not including benefits, bonuses, or additional compensation. Your base salary will be determined based on individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location, with consideration for internal equity. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical to allow for future salary growth.
