What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Formulate business-informed goals and vision to drive the UX strategy and enhance product and processes.
Lead projects independently and develop approaches for tackling design challenges.
Create user experience solutions that address business problems and technical requirements.
Mentor and guide junior designers while taking ownership of team projects.
Collaborate with UX research teams to conduct usability tests and gather user feedback.

What is Required (Qualifications):

4-7 years of professional experience with a product design-focused portfolio, demonstrating expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, and visual execution.
Formal training in User Experience, Product Design, or Human Factors, or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in Figma/Sketch.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to navigate projects amidst ambiguity and uncertainty.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with admin dashboards and tools is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to self-manage tasks, deadlines, and schedules.
