Job Title: Technical Scrum Master / Project Manager
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract, potential for extension or conversion to perm
Overview:
Our client is seeking a Scrum Master with strong Project Management skills to support a technical development team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in fast-paced environments, technically fluent , and experienced in Agile/Scrum delivery . The manager is looking for a hands-on leader who can keep development teams on track and aligned with product goals.
What You’ll Do:
Act as both Scrum Master and Project Manager for multiple Agile teams
Facilitate sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
Track and manage tasks, risks, and team performance
Drive accountability and help remove blockers
Ensure Agile practices are followed and continuously improved
Support delivery of digital/e-commerce products
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Prior experience as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager
Strong technical understanding; able to engage with developers daily
Scrum Master certification preferred
Project Management certification a plus
E-commerce or digital product experience is a bonus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
