Overview

Experience with collaborating with IT divisions, application development teams, enterprise architecture, and quality assurance units. Experience with enterprise IT standards, policies, procedures, and best practices. Experience with frameworks such as ISO 9001, IEEE 829, CMMI, or equivalent, ensuring consistent application of QA/QC principles throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk and issue list reviews and contribute to drafting risk and issues on the project to document concerns raised by the project team.
• Perform traceability matrix analysis.
• Evaluate system requirements (functional, non-functional, technical, security-related, etc.).
• Conduct system test assessment and verification.
• Develop quality assurance task reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience serving as a Quality Manager on projects following the California Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) stage-gate process.
• Two (2) years of experience developing and maintaining project metrics, conducting process audits to ensure project compliance with documented processes and standards, and leading process improvement initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master or ITIL certification.
• Experience with frameworks such as ISO 9001, IEEE 829, CMMI, or equivalent, ensuring consistent application of QA/QC principles throughout the project lifecycle.
