As a RedBull Student Marketeer, you are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. Reporting to the local Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), you will learn about RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on your campus and in the region. You will reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and enhance visibility of the RedBull brand. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to create unforgettable brand experiences. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and enjoy working in a creative and inclusive atmosphere. Responsibilities All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through interactions with consumers and customers. Build and execute a tailored, innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at your university. Create a strong network on and around your campus, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals. Identify local content creators in relevant RedBull scenes and collaborate with your FMS to involve them in the RedBull community. Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of RedBull through product sampling at appropriate locations, addressing consumer questions and concerns. Participate in RedBull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to ensure memorable brand experiences. Build awareness and encourage participation in the World of RedBull, including collegiate events and activations. Increase brand engagement on your social media handles through authentic content. Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull's availability and visibility in outlets, on campus, and regionally. Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points within your university and beyond. Leverage RedBull assets to maintain top-of-mind awareness in sales accounts. Ensure perfect execution of store standards and show attention to detail in all tasks. Share ideas and collaborate with your team online and offline. Plan and report activities in the dedicated online platform accurately and timely. Contribute insights on local trends and opportunities to support business development. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must hold a valid US driver’s license Enrolled in a university or college Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends, for at least 15 hours per week Immersed in student life with a good understanding of the collegiate scene and local city hotspots Connected with diverse influential groups on campus Interested in project management, behind-the-scenes work, and sales A team player willing to wear branded outfits and represent RedBull with enthusiasm Additional Details Travel up to 10% Position is permanent Location Woodridge, Illinois, United States Join Our Team Are you ready for the best student job in the world?
